Return & Exchange policy

At Aila The Label, every piece is made with care and precision and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please take a moment to choose carefully before checking out.

If for any reason there is a change of mind upon completion of order, you can submit a return if the item/s have not been dispatched. Please be mindful if they have been dispatched, it is completely out of our control. 

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll happily review your request. If approved, you’ll be offered an on-the-spot exchange or a store credit valid for 12 months. Although we reserve the right to decline requests that don’t meet our policy, our priority is always to resolve issues fairly and with understanding.
